Description
WeGestU is a dynamic online recruitment platform that connects over 10,000 IT talents with projects, jobs, and recruiters matching their skills. Thanks to WeGestU, the recruitment process is automated and optimized, thereby accelerating talent acquisition for companies in the IT sector.
Mission
The main objective was to develop a powerful digital tool enabling recruiters to organize and automate their workflows. Key goals included simplifying candidate tracking, speeding up application processing, improving communication between recruiters and candidates, and integrating ready-to-use evaluation models (CRA).
Achievements
To meet the needs of the IT market, our team designed and developed the following tasks:

Development of a centralized system for managing job offers and applications. -
Integration of automation tools to quickly sort applications according to defined criteria.

Implementation of real-time communication modules between recruiters and candidates.

Integration of ready-to-use evaluation models (CRA) to facilitate decision-making.
This project was carried out by ITGate, a web agency in Tunisia specializing in custom web and mobile development, recognized for its expertise in innovative digital solutions tailored to the needs of IT companies.
